Description:

1. With stainless steel construction, this beverage and gas mixer could be durable, corrosion-resistant and easy maintaining. Its production capacity and size could be customized.

2. It adopts advanced foreign technology and imported key components to make its operation stable and high efficiently.

3. It is fit for manufacturing all kinds of carbonated drinks. It can adjust the production capacity and proportion of water and syrup carbon dioxide and is the main part of the beverage production line.

4. PLC controls the pressure in the tanks and the liquid level of this mixer automatically. Any mistake occurs, the alarm lamp will be on and the alarm will ring, then the machine will stop automatically.

5. It is pretty convenient to operate this mixer. You only need to turn around the buttons according to the pre-set program, the operation will start correctly.

6. One mixing process is adopted, so the mixture is even. The mixing proportion of water and sugar is strictly controlled by measuring needle valve with fine regulation. Its precision can reach about 5%.

7. The mixer adopts vacuum deoxygenating technology at normal-temperature. Its deoxygenating ratio reaches above 90%. It has a baffle heat exchanger to cool the sugar-water mixture and carry out twice carbonating. So it has high carbon content.
