Description:
1. This beverage mixer is suitable for producing carbonated drinks, such as Fanta, coca, soft drink, Sprite, air-contained mineral water, etc. It can adjust the production capacity and proportion of water and syrup carbon dioxide and is the main part of the beverage production line.
2. It is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel, make it anti-corrosion, durable, easy cleaning and good look.
3. The newest Japanese technology is adopted in this mixer, which makes it become the leader among the similar products in China.
4. PLC controls the pressure in the tanks and the liquid level of this mixer automatically. Any mistake occurs, the alarm lamp will be on and the alarm will ring, then the machine will stop automatically.
5. It is pretty convenient to operate this mixer. You only need to turn around the buttons according to the pre-set program, the operation will start correctly.
6. One mixing process is adopted, so the mixture is even. The mixing proportion of water and sugar is strictly controlled by measuring needle valve with fine regulation. Its precision can reach about 5%.
7. The mixer adopts vacuum deoxygenation technology at normal-temperature. Its deoxygenation ratio reaches above 90%. It has a baffle heat exchanger to cool the sugar-water mixture and carry out twice carbonating. So it has a high carbon content.
